When you book an appointment, we collect the information you enter in the booking form: your full name, phone number, the service and (if offered) staff member you choose, the requested date and time, and any optional note you add. If you use the “Book via WhatsApp” button, the same information is sent from your own device to our WhatsApp number when you tap send. No payment card or bank account details are ever collected from you through this website.
We process this data solely to schedule, manage, confirm and, if needed, change or cancel your appointment. This processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — it is necessary to perform the contract you request when booking a service with us.
Your booking data is stored in our own booking database and is not sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes. If a deposit is required, we only display our own business bank account (as a QR code) so you can transfer the deposit yourself — we never collect your bank or card details. If our feedback form is enabled and you leave a rating below our satisfaction threshold together with your optional name and phone number, that message may be sent privately to our email inbox using the email delivery provider Resend, solely so we can follow up with you — it is never published. If you contact us via WhatsApp, that conversation is handled directly between you and WhatsApp (Meta Ireland Ltd.) according to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
We keep your booking data for as long as necessary to manage our appointment schedule and customer relationship, and afterwards for as long as required by applicable accounting or legal obligations. You may ask us to delete data that is no longer needed.
This website uses one small, functional cookie to remember the language you selected — nothing more. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other websites. If you add services to your order on the /menu page, that selection is stored only in your own browser (localStorage) and is never sent to us until you submit a booking.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive a copy of your data. You may also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
